Overview

Kiki Wang’s paintings explore a contorted vision of contemporary consumerism in all its luxury; displacing billboard campaigns, advertisements, luxury goods and high fashion into paradoxical commodities.

Kiki Wang’s paintings explore a contorted vision of contemporary consumerism in all its luxury; displacing billboard campaigns, advertisements, luxury goods and high fashion into paradoxical commodities. Indefinable by time, location and scale, transforming and blurring the converted and valuable into obscure realities.
