Rosa Luetchford
Paint allows Luetchford to blur the lines between reality and fantasy.
Rosa Luetchford is from Kent and currently based in Hastings, East Sussex. Paint allows Luetchford to blur the lines between reality and fantasy. The medium permits the creation of scenes and situations, manipulated to encompass a new narrative.
Luetchford explores the culture surrounding tribute artists and the western fascination with self-enhancement. The models within the works wear costumes and props that become part of the still image. Luetchford often uses humour to highlight how we, as individuals, seek to fabricate a false reality.

To begin again we must shoulder each other, listen to each other, work together and collectively change together. As the newest generation of art collectors, we urge you to collect from this exhibition. The revenue made will support The Free Black University and the newest generation of artists.Read more
