The multidisciplinary artist, Anna-Lena Krause, opens dialogues on human connections. Her research, rooted across numerous fields of psychology and behavioural science, results in artworks questioning the bonds connecting people in the modern world. The Berlin-born artist delves into photography, sculpture, performance to explore themes relating to perception, phenomenology, intersubjectivity and intercorporeality.


Anna-Lena Krause (b.1994, Berlin, Germany) lives and works in London. She obtained her BA in Photography at the University of Applied Science in 2018 in Berlin and her MA Degree in 2021 at the Royal College of Art in London. Recent exhibitions include ‘Fuego de Tierra’, Alice Black Gallery, London (2024); OHSH, London (2024); ‘Photographs in Movement’, Flux Projects, London Art Fair, (2024); ‘A Path With Heart’, Split Gallery, London (2023). Krause previously performed at Hackney Bridge Studios, Club.Are, London (2023); Flux Projects, London (2023); ‘Body Movement’, Peckham 24, London (2023) amongst others.
