No matter how you try to avoid it, the parts of you that frighten you find a way into your psyche. A nude, long-nailed creature climbs in the window, infiltrating the home, the body. The creature is both seductive and frightening in its gesture, showing the push and pull of recovery, the fear and the intrigue that I feel towards my own sexuality. There will always be an unlocked window, and entry point, for the elements buried deep inside you.
