The word derives from the Latin gluttire, meaning to gulp down or swallow hence exploring this through canapes...a food in size to bit but in practicality to gulp in one, leaving guests forever month filled and holding tiny napkins. One side finished in gold exploring the overindulgence of this theme, the flash, the grossness but also childish magpie with in thats drawn to it.
