The shared idea that permeates through all the work is the idea of home. One's journey of finding the definition and sense of home; finding ways to come to peace with it which often entails the sense of loneliness, loss and solitary during the process of it. This hand quilted etching, which follows the form/design/element of Korean traditional wrapping cloth, Bojagi, conveys the idea of home through the use of material such as Oksa and Mosi - it brings up the sense of familiarity, warmth and comfort.
